Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for defective or damaged products.
  • Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof of damage.
  • Once the claim is verified, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged only if they are received in a damaged condition.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to validate the exchange request.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items without proper proof of damage (unboxing video).
  • Customized or perishable products.
